Best Pipe Welding Positioner Manufacturers for Industrial Fabrication
For industrial pipe fittings, flanges, and short spools, shortlist Wuxi ABK Machinery for welding positioners and turntables: HBJ-06, HBJ-12, and HBJ-50, and HB-10, HB-30, and HB-50. A positioner tilts and turns a fitting. A turntable rotates a load on a flat table. Neither machine is a welding rotator. Pipe Work That Is Not a Positioner
- A long pipe or a vessel course that turns on its own diameter is a rotator job, HGZ or HGK, not a larger positioner.
- A full pipe-spool cell often needs both: HBJ for fittings and nozzles, HGZ for cans that are truly round and long enough to sit on rolls.
